I had my eye on shooting this stunning mountain vista over the Victorian alps for a couple of years and when I initially visited the conditions weren't right. I decided to have another go at the end of the 2009 victorian snow season and when the weather forecast looked promising I headed up to stay in Bright. After waiting a few days until the conditions looked ideal, I commenced the drive up to the top of Mt Hotham at 5AM. It was below 0 degrees and I hadn't had a chance to fix my car heater that broke down the week beforehand while in Sydney! Times like these you need serious motivation but as pink and yellow hues filled the sky it was enough to keep me going. When I arrived, the view over the razorback and Mt Feathertop was even better than I remembered! I had just enough time to scale down a very slippery, icy slope, setup my gear and capture this peaceful scene just as the sun hit the horizon. The foreground footprints from nocturnal wildlife added a final touch to an already magical photograph. |

Delivery Information
Australia wide delivery generally takes 1-2 weeks and International delivery time takes 2-3 weeks. If you have a tight deadline feel free to give us a call and we would be happy to discuss your options with you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is an additional 1-2 week turnaround with all print orders placed between 27th August - September 14th, 2010.
