After watching the weather carefully for almost a week on my Autumn New Zealand trip, I was blessed to find one day of forecast clear skies around the Mount Cook region. Clear skies over Mount Cook are extremely rare. In fact it's highly unusual to be able to even see the top of Mount Cook from this far away. Most days it is covered by cloud.
Despite the forecast, the morning was fogged in until just after midday. When the cloud lifted I hit the road and made the most of the conditions in the afternoon. As the sun started to set, I could see some beautiful colours begin to light up the sky. I hiked along the edge of Lake Pukaki until I found this beautiful scene and captured the tranquility of the moment in this serene photograph. |
Print Information

Delivery Information
Australia wide delivery generally takes 1-2 weeks and International delivery time takes 2-3 weeks. If you have a tight deadline feel free to give us a call and we would be happy to discuss your options with you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is an additional 1-2 week turnaround with all print orders placed between 27th August - September 14th, 2010.
